During their time in the Pack, Cub Scouts will get a chance to try lots of different activities like swimming, music, exploring, computing and collecting.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #23a950;\">Cub Scouts also get to go on trips and days out, to places like the zoo, our local Fire Station, Library, Police Station. They will be able to go camping and take part in all kinds of outdoor activities. Camps are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #23a950;\">The Cubs have an opening ceremony at the beginning of each meeting where they form a horse shoe around the Leader and the Union Flag is raised, this is then followed by inspection.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #23a950;\">Within the Cubs there are sections that are run by Sixers, followed by Seconders. Each Sixer is in charge of doing his\/ her inspection for his group.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #23a950;\">Cubs make a promise\u00a0on joining and live by the Cub Scout Law<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #23a950;\">Cubs start to become more independent, the programme is about being with friends, becoming part of a team, and participating fully in the adventure and opportunities of cub scouting.
